Designed for Corvette, CTS-V, Chevy SS, and Pontiac G8 accessory spacing, this system improves belt control and reliability compared to stock components.
A heavy-duty 8-rib tensioner paired with oversized idler pulleys increases belt contact and stability, helping prevent the belt slip often seen with factory hardware—especially on higher-boost or modified engines.
The system uses precision-machined billet aluminum brackets to optimize belt wrap and maintain consistent tension. This improved geometry keeps the belt firmly planted on the pulleys, reducing slip at high RPM and improving overall durability.
For added flexibility, the adjustable tensioner clocking allows proper tensioning across different belt lengths and pulley combinations, making it ideal for a variety of performance setups.
Requirements: Compatible with LS3/LSA style water pump (19180610) and CTS-V drive belt tensioner (ACDelco 12628025).
Please Note: This kit comes with the pulleys installed on the bracket, but will need disassembled to install onto the water pump.
