On items that are eligible for return, the return must be initiated within 15 days from delivery date.
“Special Order” items and Tuning items, as well as , throttle bodies, engine internals, Cam Kits (ie. DOD kits, Cam Swap Kits or items with these kits), Superchargers, Nitrous kits & parts, fuel items such as injectors, pumps, systems, etc., Wheels and Tires cannot be returned under any circumstances.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN BRAND NEW CONDITION! – ANY OPEN BOXES/BAGS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR MAY BE REFUSED ENTIRELY! THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
If you decide you don’t want a part, there is no reason to open the box and/or examine the parts. Buyer remorse or “changing direction” is NOT a valid reason for return.
Returned items MUST be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with all original pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by G8only Corp.
Any returns that come back in damaged and/or open boxes may either be charged a restocking fee or denied entirely. In which return shipment back to you would be charged to you prior to reshipment.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer – all return shipments should be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer. If a box or item is damaged in return shipping, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the shipper as we may not accept the damaged return and it would negatively effect your return status.
When approved for return, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) PDF which must be printed out and shipped back with merchandise. Any incoming shipments without an RMA will be refused.
REFUNDS:
Any returns that follow the aforementioned guidelines will receive a full refund to either their payment method or store credit.
If you paid via a credit/debit card, refunds may take as long a 5-10 business days to reconcile In your bank account, this is out of our control.
