Special Orders: Any item designated as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled once it has been placed on order, and cannot be returned regardless of the circumstances. This also includes any and all APO or International orders.
Warranty: SSOnly.com does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping costs for warranty items are the responsibility of the customer.
Zelle Payments: All orders made via Zelle payments must be paid in full within 24 hours from when the order was placed unless previously authorized. Any order placed with the Zelle payment method will be placed on “HOLD” until the funds clear on our end. If you place an order with Zelle and cancel the order, there will be a 10% or $25 cancellation charge (whichever comes first). Any order purchased with Zelle and returned will only be returned for store credit.
US Shipping: SSOnly.com offers free ground shipping on orders of $500 or more. For orders less than $500, we offer flat a flat rate ground shipping for $14.99. These shipping options are for the continental US only, if your shipping address is not in the continental US we may require extra postage in order to process your shipment.
As well, all shipments go via ground service. If you wish to have your shipping expedited, we can quote you and bill you for the difference.
CANADA Shipping: We now offers ground shipping to Canada & Hawaii! You will notice in your cart, that you are charged a flat $55.00 for Canada shipping. This is just a guesstimate on proposed shipping charges. If the shipping charges end up being less, we will refund you the difference. If the charges end up being more, we will bill you directly for the difference in shipping. **NOTE** Shipping charges do NOT include any duties or taxes charged to you at the receiving end.
APO’s: Due to increased shipping rates for APO deliveries, there may extra charges for shipping to these addresses. In these cases, someone will reach out for any added shipping charges.
*Freight forwarders: Any orders shipped to a freight forwarder to be sent out of the country will be instantly cancelled and refunded. Due to a very high level of fraud, the ONLY way we are willing to ship to a FF is if the customer is willing to pay via PayPal and send the funds Friends and Family to avoid a chargeback.
Returns: SSonly.com will not accept ANY returns after 15 days from delivery. ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN BRAND NEW CONDITION! – ANY OPEN BOXES/BAGS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR MAY BE REFUSED ENTIRELY! If you decide you dont want a part, there is no reason to open the box and/or examine the parts. Buyer remorse is NOT a valid reason for return.
**All shipping charges are non-refundable**
Special order items and tuning items (ie. hand-held tuners, HP Tuners, throttle controllers, engine internals, DOD kits, Cams, Cam Kit, Superchargers, Nitrous parts, fuel items such as injectors, pumps, systems, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returned items MUST be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with all original pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by G8 Only Corp.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer – all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) PDF which must be printed out and shipped back with merchandise. Any incoming shipments without an RMA will be refused.
Items that are approved for return and sent back within 10 days of delivery will not be charged a restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee of 15% of the item cost. A $25 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.
Order Cancellations and Backorders – NOT SPECIAL ORDERS: If order is placed for an item that is currently on backorder or has an extended manufacturing time, the customer will be notified of this status either via the item page or email. The customer has 10 days to cancel the order for a full refund, if the customer decides to cancel the order after 10 days they will be given store credit only.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to SSOnly.com by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages: All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. SSOnly.com will provide all necessary documentation, but all claims must be initiated by the client. All packing materials must be kept by the recipient so they can be investigated by the carrier; SSOnly.com accepts zero responsibility for customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact SSOnly.com immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.
Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by SSOnly.com Distribution, Inc. are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. SSOnly.com does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. SSOnly.com tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.
HID Damage: Customers should have a clear understanding of the limitations of their vehicle lighting housings. Most OEM light housings will have no issues with using up to a 55w HID system. But as these systems generate a higher rate of heat than their halogen counterparts, some aftermarket headlight housings are not recommend for use with higher output bulbs. Please check with product manufacturers for more info on this. SSOnly.com is NOT responsible for housings damaged by use of higher output bulbs that exceed what is recommended by manufacturer.
EMISSIONS: SSOnly is not responsible for parts being smog-legal in your state. Many parts are not legal for sale or use in California, or on any pollution controlled vehicle. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local emissions laws and checking for legality of any parts purchased.
Pricing: Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of SSOnly.com. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the difference.
SSOnly Points: SSOnly Points are accumulated by purchasing items on the site. For every $1 spent, 1 point will be awarded. 100 points = $1 value toward your purchase. Points will accumulate and expires after 12 months from purchase date. Points have NO CASH VALUE and can only be used on SSOnly.com. Points do not transfer between sites.
Installation: All products sold by G8Only Corp should be installed by a skilled professional.
