DeatschWerks fuel rails are CNC machined from billet T6061 aluminum and hard anodized in a black finish. These fuel rails are designed with integrated CNC brackets; less expensive bolt-on brackets save money but lack stiffness and precision. In addition, DeatschWerks engineers invested significant design time removing excess material to shave weight and create a sleek signature look resulting in a rail that looks as good as it performs.

DeatschWerks fuel rails have -8AN ORB inlets and outlets utilizing bore diameters that exceed AN spec by 80%. Also, DeatschWerks fuel rails feature bottom-mount 3/8-inch NPT ports for low-profile fuel pulsation damper integration, which decreases noise and pressure fluctuations in dead-headed and returnless configurations.

  1. Installing was simple. However check tightness on the auxiliary port Allen heads, assumed they were tight from factory and had some fuel leak out of one. Also you’ll need fuel in adapter. I had to get a AN 90° because I’m running the E85 flex kit.
