Important Update on International Shipping

Due to a number of recent changes in global shipping regulations and costs, we will no longer be offering standard international shipping through our website. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to explain the reasons behind it:

  • Rising Tariffs have made it increasingly difficult to accurately quote final costs for international orders. Customers are often surprised with unexpected fees, which we want to avoid.

  • Customs and Shipping Paperwork has become significantly more complex and time-consuming. This has led to extended delays and, in some cases, returned shipments—creating frustration for both our team and our customers.

  • International Shipping Costs have increased dramatically, making it difficult to provide fair and predictable pricing.

We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We truly value our international customers and want to continue serving you—just in a more flexible, case-by-case manner.

Going forward, we are still happy to fulfill international orders, but they must be handled manually. If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, here’s how it will work:

  • You will be responsible for creating and providing your own shipping label, including handling all customs documentation and any related paperwork.

  • We will supply you with all the necessary package weights, dimensions, and any other required information to help you complete the shipment setup.

  • Once we receive your shipping label, we will pack your order securely and ship it using the label you’ve provided.

If you have any questions or need help with this process, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
